Welcome to Champions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, whether you are a player booking a pitch or a venue owner listing a pitch. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility: Champions is open to all users who wish to book football pitches. If you are under the legal age to enter into contracts in the UAE, you should use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete details when creating an account and to keep your information updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Booking Process: Pitches can be browsed and booked directly through the app, subject to venue availability and confirmation.
Payments: Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe). Applicable fees are displayed before checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are outlined within the app and may vary by venue. Please review these before making a booking.
Eligibility: Only licensed club or venue owners in the UAE may list pitches on Champions. A valid UAE trade license is required.
Account Information: Venue owners must provide accurate business and licensing details and keep them up to date.
Verification: Champions may verify trade licenses or venue ownership with relevant authorities.
Permitted Use: Venue owners may use the platform to list pitches, manage bookings, and receive payments.
Prohibited Use: Fraudulent listings, false availability, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or removal.
Revenue: Venue owners agree to receive payments through Champions’ integrated payment system, subject to applicable commissions or fees.
Cancellations: Venue owners must comply with the cancellation and refund policies shown in the app.
All content, logos, text, graphics, and software on Champions are owned by or licensed to Champions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or services. Champions acts solely as a booking platform connecting players with venue owners. We do not own, manage, or control any listed venues and are not responsible for the condition, safety, or availability of any pitch, nor for any injuries, damages, or disputes arising from bookings or matches.
Champions values community engagement and encourages players and venues to share their experiences through reviews, photos, and comments. By submitting any content on the platform, you grant Champions a limited right to display or use it within the app and website to help other users make informed decisions. We aim to maintain a positive and respectful environment, so we may review or remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or misleading — but only when necessary to protect our community and ensure fair use of the platform.
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, features, or legal requirements. When updates occur, we will notify users by one or more of the following methods: - Posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website (championsapp.ae/terms) - Sending an in-app notification or email to registered users By continuing to use Champions after updates are published, you acknowledge and agree to the revised version.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
